Cook Training – Food Allergy Management for Restaurants

Interactive training developed by Allergy Quebec in partnership with l’Association des restaurateurs du Québec and EpiPen®.

Objectives
Increase kitchen staff knowledge on food allergies so that they may safely and confidently prepare meals for their allergic clientele. Though there is no such thing as ‘zero risk’ when it comes to food allergies, this training aims to reduce risks to a minimum.

Training format
- Understanding food allergies
- Applying proper work methods to reduce the risk of allergic reactions
- Intervening in case of serious allergic reactions
- Length of training: less than 30 minutes
- Price: 25$
- Completion time given: 30 days to obtain your certificate
